Having worked with Endicott's Global Education Office, I supported international programming and encouraged students to explore study abroad opportunities. From advising peers on application processes to assisting with events and global engagement initiatives, I helped promote cultural exchange and global citizenship on campus. My own experiences abroad allowed me to offer relatable guidance, inspiring students to step outside their comfort zones and embrace international learning.
As Co-President of Lambda Pi Eta, Endicott College’s Communication honor society, I lead initiatives that fostered academic excellence, professional development, and community. I helped organize events such as speaker panels and networking events that elevated student voices and connected them with industry professionals. Through peer mentorship and chapter leadership, I worked to cultivate a supportive environment that championed scholarship and engagement in the field of communication.
In my role at Endicott’s Internship and Career Center, I took on increasing leadership responsibilities that help design and promote career-focused programming. I assisted in coordinating employer events, mentoring programs, and workshops that prepared students for internships and job searches. My work entailed collaborating with faculty, employers, and student organizations to enhance outreach efforts and ensure students feel confident in their professional development.
